1 Recruitment services

Recruitify247 supports candidate introductions and recruitment discussions. The scope of each paid engagement must be agreed before payment. Browsing profiles, submitting an enquiry or booking a discussion does not create an employment offer or a paid service agreement.

Candidate information relates to real people. Profiles and submissions do not by themselves establish that qualifications have been independently verified or that a candidate is currently available. Clients should confirm information relevant to their hiring decision.

2 Recruitment fee and payment

The plan costs $999 per month, including salary. There are no hidden charges. The agreed service scope and monthly payment terms must be disclosed before payment.

Payments must be made through the authorized payment process or payment instructions issued by Recruitify247. The $999 monthly plan includes salary, a productivity guarantee and free replacements. No hidden charges.

3 Refunds and candidate replacement

The $999 monthly plan payment is non-refundable, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

If a suggested candidate is non-productive, Recruitify247 will replace the candidate at no additional replacement charge. To request a replacement, contact Hiring@recruitify247.com and explain the performance concern and the relevant role requirements. Replacement eligibility, the assessment criteria and the applicable process must be agreed in writing before payment.

Nothing in these terms removes a right to a refund, complaint, payment dispute or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4 Candidate responsibilities

Candidates must provide accurate information to the best of their knowledge and report material changes to their contact details, skills, experience or salary expectations. Submit only information and work samples you are entitled to share.

Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent qualifications or disclose confidential information belonging to another person or organization without authority. Submitting information does not guarantee an interview, job offer or placement.

5 Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate role requirements, compensation details and hiring authority. Hiring decisions and any employment or contractor arrangements must comply with applicable law.

Candidate information must be used only for the recruitment purpose for which it was provided. Clients must restrict access to authorized people and must not resell, publicly repost or use private candidate information for unrelated solicitation without appropriate authority. Unlawful discrimination is prohibited.

6 Confidentiality and privacy

Non-public candidate and client information must be treated as confidential. This includes private contact details, salary expectations, interview communications, business requirements and protected work samples.

Disclosure is permitted to authorized people for the agreed purpose, with lawful permission, or where required or protected by law. These restrictions do not prevent protected whistleblowing, reporting concerns to authorities, seeking legal advice or exercising other legal rights.

Our Privacy Policy describes the handling of personal information in connection with the website and recruitment enquiries.

7 Website use and intellectual property

Do not use the website for fraud, harassment, impersonation, unlawful discrimination, unauthorized data collection, malicious software or interference with its operation. Do not bypass access restrictions or harvest candidate details for unrelated databases.

Rights in website branding, original content and third-party materials remain with their respective owners. Candidates retain rights in their own résumés, portfolios and original work. Submission does not transfer ownership to Recruitify247.

8 External services

The website uses external services for functions including forms, analytics, scheduling and payments. When you interact directly with an external service, its own terms or privacy notice may also apply.

9 Service limitations and legal rights

Candidate performance and hiring outcomes depend on the role, working conditions and other circumstances. The replacement commitment in Section 3 applies alongside the agreed service scope. Website availability and uninterrupted access are not guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Recruitify247 excludes liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct, or waive statutory privacy, consumer, discrimination or employment rights.

10 Complaints and honest reviews

For service concerns, corrections or complaints, contact Hiring@recruitify247.com with the relevant details. You may share honest reviews, report concerns to authorities and exercise your legal rights. These terms do not require a positive review or impose a penalty for lawful negative feedback.

11 Agreements and changes

A separate signed service agreement controls over these website terms on a conflicting service issue, subject to applicable law. Changes to these terms do not retroactively change an accepted paid agreement without the agreement or other lawful basis required.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms authorizes unlawful conduct or removes rights that cannot be waived.
